Hi Well Premium Red Krill Oil 1500 is a Phospholipid bound omega 3 fatty-acid, which is very high in absorption than normal Omega 3.

DIRECTIONS	Adult dosage Take 1 capsule daily with a large glass of water and meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
